Choose any famous person during the Roman period we are studying. Create a poster using at least 10 LARGE colored pictures of important events in that person's life.Begin with a picture of his/her birth, then pictures of his /her family, wife, children (if any), and 7 pictures of events which make this person important, last of all a picture representing his/her death (pictures may be symbolic, using modern magazine pictures to represent people or events).If you use xerox pictures,they MUST be colored appropriately. Caption each picture describing what the picture is about,using words you understand. The name of the person should be centered somewhere in letters at least 2 inches high. The completed poster should be roughly 22" x 28".  See the Poster Grading Sheet

Mobile
Create an artistic hanging mobile with 2 to 3 main parts and with at least 15 colored pictures explaining something of interest to you about the Romans. Each picture must have a caption using your own words on its backside explaining the picture.Make it colorful and creative (use colored yarn or string, colored paper plates,colored borders for each picture, 3D objects, etc) See the Mobile Grading Sheet
